Come Pour Your Own Candle! | Candle Experience | Lasts About 90 Minutes
What to expect:
Waivers: A waiver per each participant must be completed prior to your selected scheduled time. Must be 18+ or older to complete a waiver. If you are 17 years or younger a waiver must be completed by an adult and show ID once arrival. Please read the wavier in its entirety before signing which will be available upon checkout. It will read Sign and Checkout. Please Note: If multiple people will be attending only one waiver is able to be signed during checkout so, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your class scheduled time or checkout & pay separately. Lastly, checking out for a party of 2 or more, requires each session to be added one at a time. There cannot be a qty of 2 or more when signing up for a session. For example, you would add one session at a time and repeat the process to add another session for the same time and date.
Cost: The Marvelous Light Candle experience price is based on the vessel of your chosen starting at $45(+) tax. If you'd like to leave a gratuity, one can be added to your check at the end of the experience. Tax included in price
What's Included: Our Chandlers (candle makers) will guide your group through every step of the process. Your Chandler will lead you through our Scent Library where we have over 30 scents to choose from. You will be guided through the mixology as you can blend up to two scents per candle! By the end of your visit, each person will leave with their own personal hand poured candle. Are There Any Upgrades? You will have the opportunity to add non scented molds or flowers for an additional upcharge where you can decorate the tops of your candles. The molds and flowers are a $5 upgrade to your candles price.
Adding color is complementary, just write down the color of your choice and a chandler will kindly provide you with everything you need.
Vessels: We have a variety of vessels and jars to choose from ranging in color, shape and sizes. Once you come into the store, you will be able to choose the vessel of your desire. Want to upgrade from a 10 oz or downgrade from a 17oz, you will have the opportunity to do so inside the store.
Wooden Wicks can be substituted for an additional $3 cost
Timing: The Candle Experience lasts 90 minutes. Guests arriving later than 15 minutes after their reserved time run the risk of losing their table and forfeiting their reservation with no refund.
Shipping: If you'd prefer your candles to be shipped to you after you make them, the cost is $10 per set of candles no matter the location.
What to bring: We provide all equipment for your session. Light refreshments will be available for purchase while your candles are cooling. There is absolutely NO outside food or drinks permitted inside for classes, so please dispose of any and all food or drinks before entering into the facility. Candle making while eating a full meal does not mix well together so, please leave any food items at home!
Music: due to this not being a private party we are in control of the Bluetooth speaker and will only play music that is appropriate during normal business hours.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be made 48 hours before your appointment. If within 48 hours, appointments must be rescheduled for a later date. There is a No return policy after the 48 hours is up!
Please understand that late cancellations create a missed opportunity for us to bring in revenue to pay our staff and our bills. We also staff our shop based on the number of reservations made.
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you are considering a reschedule or a cancellation. We also understand that life happens, and things come up, all we ask is a line of communication.
