Whether it's a birthday, bridal shower, girls’ night, or just a fun gathering, our private candle or perfume making parties offer an interactive experience your guests will love. Our space can accommodate up to 30 guests. Smaller parties under 12 guests, please scroll to the bottom of the page.
Candle Making Party Package
Starting at $850 for up to 12 guests
($40 per additional guest) Deposit is already included in this price.

💵 $60 per person for the first 12 guests
🎟️ $40 per person for each additional guest (13th guest and up)
🔒 $150 deposit (separate from the per-person price and required to reserve your date)
Example for 12 Guests:
• 12 guests × $60 = $720
• + $150 deposit
• Total: $850
Example for 15 Guests:
• 12 guests × $60 = $720
• 3 additional guests × $40 = $120
• + $150 deposit
• Total: $970

Party Guidelines

Bring your own food and drinks (e.g., chicken, pasta, sandwiches, cake, fruit, beverages including wine and or champagne). (No Hard Liquor, please)

A 4ft or 6ft table is provided upon request. Bring your own tablecloth.

If using our 6ft wood round table for food, a tablecloth is required.

All food and beverages must be removed after your event.

You may arrive 15 minutes before and stay 15 minutes after your event for setup and cleanup.

Any damage to the facility will result in a fine.
Parties with Fewer than 12 Guests
For smaller gatherings, we offer a semi-private option in our cozy back lounge area.
Please note:
- Candle Making Per Person $60
- Perfume Per Person $80

The studio will remain open to the public

You will have private access to the back lounge

Lounge rental fee: $150 for 1.5 hours

Food and beverages are allowed (same guidelines as above)

You must bring your own tablecloths and decorations

The space must be returned to its original clean condition
Cancellation Policy
To secure your party date, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking for parties 20 people or more.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund or store credit toward a future booking—your choice.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, but you will receive store credit toward a future booking.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable and will NOT receive store credit toward a future booking.
- In the event of inclement weather or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

All remaining fees must be paid no later than 72 hours before your event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your booking and deposit. Class will not begin unless all payments are received.
- In the case that a party guest is unable to attend, you are welcome to make an extra candle or perfume in their place.

- Final payment will be automatically charged 72 hours prior to your event.
- If the card is declined, your party will be immediately cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

A follow-up email will be sent confirming cancellation.
Card on File Policy
Your card must be kept on file to secure your party booking and cover any damages that may occur.

Travel Fee:
$75 for locations within 15 miles of Orland Park, IL
- $125 for 15–30 miles
- $200 for 30–45 miles
- 45+ miles: Custom pricing based on distance, tolls, and setup needs (contact us for a quote)
Travel fees cover transportation, setup, breakdown, and transport of all party materials.
Host Responsibilities for Off-Site Parties:
• Tables and chairs must be provided
• We arrive 30–45 minutes early for setup
• Adequate space and ventilation required
